Brian McDowell

Brian McDowell is a professional structural & civil engineer with 17 years post-graduate experience. He established his own practice as a consulting engineer in 1996.

Brian provides structural design services in timber, steel and concrete for residential and commercial projects. His work has been featured in a number of design competitions and has received awards from RIBA and The Architectural Review.

Through close working relationships with other professionals, consultancy services can also be provided for structural surveys, building conservation, feasibility studies, planning reports, project management, architectural design, quantity surveying and environmental impact assessment.
